$40-$60 per fan = Install 1 Kaze fan on concrete ceiling, existing point with on off switch, without centre panel, height 3.2m or less

$150-$200 per fan = Install 1 Kaze fan on false ceiling, to do false ceiling support, without centre panel, height 3.2m or less

$80-$100 per fan = Install 1 fan on existing false ceiling support, no need to open false ceiling, use back existing point with on off switch

 

Additional works

$10 each = Bypass/ remove existing wall regulator/ dimmer

$80-$120 = Create new wiring point using white pvc casing

$25 onwards = Looping point

$10 onwards = Patch holes
